Does it cost anything to be listed?
Claiming and listing your profile is free today. We may introduce paid options later, like featured placement or lead packages, but getting listed and verified costs nothing.
How do I start getting leads?
Claim or add your listing and we will verify it. Once it is verified, quote requests and traveller enquiries for your area come straight to you. An unverified listing cannot receive leads.
How did my business get here?
We built ShuttleScout by gathering public information on South African shuttle, transfer and charter operators. If a traveller can book with you, you are probably already listed. Claiming lets you take control of the profile.
What if I cannot find my business?
Switch to the “Add a new business” tab in the form, give us the name, and we will create your listing.
Do you take a commission on my bookings?
No. Travellers book and pay you directly, so ShuttleScout never takes a percentage of your trips the way a booking aggregator would. The listing itself is free today, though we expect to add paid operator options, such as lead packages, over time.
