We booked airport transfers via booking.com and there was no one at the airport to pick us up. Additionally, the driver contact number provided was just ringing with no one answering. I also tried to message them with no response. What a scam, I will never use these scammers.

Do not use this service as it is absolutely shocking. There was no driver to meet me at Cape Town airport - and there was never any explanation given to me as to why this was the case. I will not ever book for a pre-paid taxi service again - as there are simply no guarantees that you will receive the service that you paid for. I had to pay for another taxi service to take me to my destination. I think the whole thing is a 'rip-off' - Be warned ...!

We made a reservation for Cape Town airport transfer via booking.com. The first message of the driver arrived at 11:43am, saying that he has 45 minutes for waiting. 33 minutes later he just wrote the office ordered him to leave - and he did it. After having traveled for 24+ hours from Europe this is one of the worst ever travel experience. Avoid this company at all cost! (I payed 34 euros for nothing and no information on paying back is provided.)

I booked via booking.com a transfer to CPT international airport. With less than 12 hours before the transfer commencing, I simply received a text that they don't offer car seats (we are travelling with a 1-year old). I've made the booking weeks in advance, and Xenon accepted this booking. This is unacceptable.

I used them for a late flight in from Durban to Capetown.The lodge that I booked had an issue with their gate .It was dark.The driver left us kerb side and drove off !!!! Apparently he had to get the car back !!!It was horrifying as 2 females and will NEVER use them again .Their customer service needs work and refinement !!!!!!
