I had an absolutely fantastic day exploring the Cape with Wanderer Tours. Nico was a fantastic guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about the area. Today we had a tour around Cape Town and surrounding area including cape of good hope, tabletop mountain. Our tour guide Nwabisa is excellent explaining the history and landmarks. The vehicle was luxurious and spacious. We were very impressed with the overall service. Our vehicle suffered a slight problem but no problem replacement vehicle arrived without any significant interruption to our tour very impressed. Can highly recommend Wanderer tours if you are visiting Cape Town and we certainly would use them again.

We had an absolutely fantastic day and would highly recommend Wander Tours to anyone visiting the Cape Winelands. From the outset, communication was excellent - special mention to Aziza - and the booking process was incredibly straightforward. We really appreciated the personalised approach, allowing us to create our own itinerary and visit the wineries that interested us most, rather than being restricted to a fixed schedule. A special mention must go to our guide, Darlington, who was outstanding throughout the day. Not only was he friendly, professional and incredibly knowledgeable, but he also went above and beyond when an issue arose with the air conditioning in our original vehicle, quickly arranging a replacement so that the day could continue without disruption. One of the highlights was the lunch stop the company recommended at Rust en Vrede, which was exceptional and ended up being one of our favourite meals of the trip. Darlington struck the perfect balance between giving us complete freedom to enjoy each winery at our own pace while also keeping us on schedule (we would happily have stayed much longer at several of them!). He was always willing to answer our questions, whether about wine, the local area, South African history or life in the country more generally, and his insights added enormously to the experience. This was far more than just transportation between wineries – it felt like a genuinely personalised and memorable day. A huge thank you to Darlington and the team for helping make our time in the Cape Winelands one of the highlights of our South Africa trip.
