DO NOT USE! Taxi was over two hours late for both trips and we had two wheels off the road on the way home! A hairs breathe from flipping a 10 seater taxi. How can this company not take responsibility for this and on top of it all, the driver has only had his license for 5 months!!!
Great service guy! thank you for going the extra mile
I requested a taxi for 6am and the guy never showed up. I called several times the number I dialed the night before to book the taxi, and the phone was off. I had to take a plane and there was no taxis around, fortunately there was an Uber close by that that took me to the airport. I almost lost my plane and I did not get any answer from this taxi cabs. It is the worse service I've ever had, I really don't recommend it.
Absolutely appalled by their service! Requested an airport transfer at 04h30 on a Monday morning (24/10). Spoke to Wendy. She assured me the booking was confirmed the day before. I was not sent the name of the driver or his contact details. When nobody arrived at 04h30 to collect me, I tried calling the main contact number, only for the so-called 24/7 number to be disconnected. I was lucky enough to have a friend on stand-by as an alternative emergency arrangement. The driver called me just as I was about to board the plane, asking me whether he still needs to fetch me! When I went online to log a complaint, I saw the website had been suspended. Long live Uber because Taxi Cabs Cape Town sure ain't gonna make it!.
