Offices are open 06:00 to 18:00 daily with an after-hours emergency line at each branch; payment is by EFT or credit card, and French-speaking chauffeurs are available in Cape Town and Johannesburg. The Franschhoek branch was formerly Magnas Tours and Transfers, keeping its small-group Winelands wine tours, wedding transfers and airport runs.
