Staff is rude!

This is one of the worst Bus services ever. Please don't use this service. It passed a pick up and had to call and arrange for an alternative that arrived 2 hours late. My sister is due to arrive in Joburg at 21:00 and does not have transport to pick her up. Now we have to make arrangements that is going to cost a fortune. Please do not book this bus even if it is the last. The worst customer service. Unfortunately it does not allow to post this review without picking a star. They don't deserve a star not even one. BAD SERVICE, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. CHOOSE IT AT OWN RISK.

I sent a complaint of reckless and negligent driving by one of your driver's over a week ago. NO RESPONSE , NOTHING. This Company does not care, book them at your peril.

I was on a 15 hour bus ride with family and the bus only made two 15 minute stops, and the stops were at spaza shops. What happened to stopping at a centre or express with reputable shops like steers, wimpy etc.

I traveled from Pretoria to Durban 8 April 2026 at 18:00 with citiliner plus and I will never use there buses again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Most pathetic bus I ever used aircons were off an on and the driver was no friendly at all.No communication wat so ever from him.Gave us 15 min break and Montrose and he did not even check if all passengers were on board before leaving. Bus had a stink also...we sat in darkness
