Bus driver refused to let foreign nationals on the bus, unless they bribe him. Then proceeded to send his cellphone number for money to be sent to him or he will stop and leave them next to the road. They did not pay a bribe, but spend 22 hours with someone threatening them that they would be dropped in the middle of nowhere. Surreal from this company.

Updates are essential the busses are good too I dont wanna lie wrote this by 03:00 in morning coming from inspectors you see people coming in you dont know anything quite the issue when the step up to us. During that period of time he doesn't want or he declines folks from getting water like he'll of a time consumed by inspectors without being updated and declines a person to take like 2 steps and buy water and come back check your cameras if you don't trust me Thank you.
So disappointed with reading all the comments of not receive response n refunds. I will open a case cos I have sent so many emails and WhatsApp messages. This company has to expose for behaviour.
I am still waiting on my refund that was supposed to be paid on my bank in 21 working days.. it’s been forever and I need my money. To make things worse they don’t even answer their phones
