DANGEROUS EXPERIENCE: Extortion, Threats, and No-Shows I strongly advise other travelers to avoid this company. We pre-booked two shuttles with them, and both experiences were unacceptable and frightening. 1. Extortion & Threats: For our first shuttle (29/4/2026), the original driver (Mr. Shaheed) never showed up. The company eventually sent a driver replacement (Mr. Zain), but halfway through the trip, the driver stopped at a petrol station in Piketberg. He mentioned that he brought the wrong petrol card and has no cash with him to pay, also threatened to abandon us there and refuse to complete the transit unless we paid for his fuel using our credit card. Under physical and logistical duress, stranded at petrol station at night, we had no choice but to pay R500 to ensure our safety and arrival at destination. We felt completely unsafe and coerced. 2. Complete No-Show: Our second pre-booked shuttle (midnight airport shuttle 30/4/2026) was even worse. The driver (Mr. Isaac) ghosted us entirely. Despite multiple calls and messages to the driver, no one appeared to fetch us, leaving us stranded. * Unprofessional & Unsafe: This company is unreliable and driver uses predatory tactics. A driver demanding extra cash for fuel during a trip is extortion. We have filed formal complaints and demand of refunds as the services were not provided.

We had such a great experience with this shuttle service! The drivers were so kind, they drove safely, and booking was very easy! The kids had the best time thanks to them!

They have clean vehicles, safe drivers, and friendly staff! They helped us twice with a large group of children and it went smoothly!

We booked two shuttles with Cape Town Shuttle Services for our wedding on 31 October 2025 — one from Durbanville to Damarakloof (pickup at 13:40) and one from West Beach to Damarakloof (pickup at 14:00), including return trips for our guests. Neither shuttle arrived. Guest arrival at the venue was planned for 14:30, but by then, no one had been collected. I made multiple calls to the company throughout the afternoon trying to find out where the shuttles were. On my second-last call at 14:45, I was told the West Beach shuttle was “six minutes away.” It never arrived. Later that evening, at around 21:00, a driver messaged asking which location to collect from — far too late and clearly unaware of where he was supposed to go. Our guests were left stranded and had to drive themselves through at the last minute, causing major delays on our wedding day. We lost an hour of professional photography, and the delay disrupted our hair and makeup artist, cello player, DJ, and bar staff. I sent a formal complaint on 2 November 2025 and a follow-up on 9 November 2025, yet there has been no refund and no response. This was supposed to be a once-in-a-lifetime day, and the company’s complete lack of reliability and accountability caused avoidable stress and disruption. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

Extreme disappointment with the shuttle service provided on our wedding day. The service fell far short of what was agreed upon and caused significant distress for many of our guests and myself, the bride! Despite our clear arrangements and full payment in advance, the shuttle only arrived to collect 8 people, leaving 18 of our guests stranded. These guests — most of whom had traveled from overseas and were unfamiliar with the area — were forced to make last-minute Uber arrangements in order to reach the ceremony on time. This caused unnecessary panic and disruption on a beautiful day. The situation worsened later that evening. The return shuttle, never arrived. As a result, our guests were once again left without transportation in the middle of the night. Many had to stand in the rain attempting to secure taxis, and some guests who had planned to enjoy the evening had to stop drinking and drive others home.
